One Plus 3, 3T All Set To Get Oxygen 4.1.5 Update Comprising System Push Notifications And More

Before the grand launch of OnePlus 5,  the company has rolled out the Android 7.1.1 Nougat-based OxygenOS 4.1.5 updates to OnePlus 3 and 3 devices.  

This update from the company will give a push system notifications, which would let the users to get information from OnePlus itself, and it has fixed a number of bugs related to the operating system, comprising a VoLTE problem on some Reliance Jio SIM cards.

The company will update, the network settings for selected carriers, with the updated version of OxygenOS 4.1.5. It will also update the OnePlus Community app to version v1.8,  the Android security patch level to May 1 2017. With these, the update will present the Wi-Fi- 'no internet ' connection indication icon.  All summed up on the changelog forum.

OnePlus 3 and 3T will be getting a bug fixed, for the current storage issue on third-party file managers. It will also, resolve the VoLTE issue on select Jio SIM card (as discussed earlier),  and connection issue related to Android Auto.

Additionally, the update will bring optimizations for the operating system with regards to Wi-Fi Bluetooth, battery, and GPS features.  The users will get another optimization for the proximity sensor, expanded screenshot, and low light focus on the camera.

Further, OnePlus exclaims that the latest update will enhance the stability of the operating system as well.

Like every other update from the company, the OxygenOS 4.1.5 update will also be made available in stages, and should roll up in the coming days for the smartphone owners.
As we are just a couple weeks away from the OnePlus 5, it is evident that the OnePlus has certainly gripped on to its existing smartphones; Oneplus 3 and 3T.
